Ryan wrote for a entertainment start up called Step Magazine for awhile. No one knew what they were doing, and it folded. But a fine experience it was. He got to interview some celebrities. Blah blah blah.

Since then he has written a screenplay, many short stories, published a few articles in the reputed LA Weekly, and last year won a fair amount of cash writing erotica for some contest. He's working on a novel now. If you want to read his blog, he doesn't have one. An online diary seems way too desiring of attention. A daily op-ed essay seems like too much work.
